Denise Robertson gives Rank lecture at Diabetes UK Conference

The 2021 Rank lecture in honour of Harry Keen was given by Denise Robertson, Reader in Nutritional Physiology, Faculty of Health & Medical Sciences, University of Surrey at the Diabetes UK Professional Conference, which this year took place virtually from 19–30 April 2021. Her lecture was titled ‘The 21st-century rediscovery of dietary fibre: from bedside to bench to bacteria, and back again’.
As this event took place virtually, Rank Prize was pleased to reallocate the funds assigned for travel to cover the cost of PhD student registration fees.
