Rank Prize undergrad vacation student publishes research findings

We were delighted to hear that Lucy Chima, who was awarded a Rank Prize undergrad vacation grant in 2016, has now published her research findings in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Congratulations Lucy!

A Rank Prize undergrad vacation grant provided support for Lucy in the early stages of this study; additional funding was later provided by the University of Hertfordshire.
