Professor Amelia Lake (Teesside University) delivered the Rank Lecture at the Nutrition Society Summer Conference in Sheffield earlier this month.
Professor Lake is a dietitian and public health nutritionist with a particular interest in the food environment, the environments of young people, energy drinks, science communication and knowledge exchange. She delivered her lecture on Opportunities to Improve Population Health: Possibilities for Healthier Food Environments.
