Second round of COVID-19 hardship grants now open

We are pleased to announce the launch of a second round of £5,000 hardship grants open to final-year PhD students in nutrition and optoelectronics (including visual science) at UK universities whose studies have been disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and who would not otherwise have the financial resources available to complete their studies.

University departments are invited to nominate one final-year PhD student to receive an award. The deadline for applications is 31 May 2021.
